i find the 'dont walk sign' symbolises the fleeting moment captured.everything is just Still.contrast between the deep shadows and flare. nice.

ok, a lot of the work posted here approaches stunning, and is often excellent for its documentary quality and social commentary but i don't find anything here in this picture that distinguishes it as a made photo from one that is taken from a fooled exposure meter. perhaps this is a disagreement in editing, but i'm sure that there are many more pictures in the artists collection whose quality surpasses this one. humble thanks, shadi.
