I really love the movement on the left side of the frame. It moves me to the right and encapsulates the individual right in it. But more than that it doesn't feel like a traditional long exposure motion photo. I *feel* the vertical and horizontal movement. Did you use a rear sync on this? Nice work!
Interesting that the part that stands out to me is the cash reward poster. I think it's a combination of its central placement and the fact that it's text surrounded by humans.
