J7CK:

"Image à la sauvette"

I hung out patiently for 5 frames, this one being the last one ;)

Wow ! , this is the modern version of the "Derriere la Gare Saint-Lazare" photo by Cartier-Bresson.

I love it Markus ! , very well done , congratulations!

J7CK:

captivating image. very sharp with beautiful density. the wide-angle scene provided in the
reflections are magic. the man is very bullish/'alpha', undeterred..and he is even
maybe on a cell-phone(?) almost comic! the
women are more cautious and patient..really
a snapshot of human nature lol.

nice allusion. very funny.

Great B&N, beautiful reflection!

Puneet:

very nice pic!! indeed the reflections are accurate sharp di you use the leica?or 5D?.
the accurate time of capture loads the image with a blast of perfection!

Priceless...the effect of the reflection is to divide the image. Great perspective and great composition !

Congratulations for your fantastic work.
It´s really good.
A pleasure for the eyes.

I just wanted to write it about Cartier-Bresson jumping man picture
but that's already been done. very dynamic composition

Yes Sergio! it seems the same picture, I love it!

Luis A. De Jesus:

Truly a classic. Your timing couldn't be any better in this one. Exquisite results indeed.

reminds me of Bresson's famous shot.. great catch.. great angle of shooting.

Anonymous:

an original classic

very well waited out.

Really a great decisive moment shot!

I wonder if he's hopping over to the Hop On, Hop Off bus? ;)

indeed a decisive moment
great one Markus!

Looking at the reflection in the water is like the photograph is sharing its secrets. One of my favorites!

Excellent capture, did you wait long?

Gary.

thanks all!

I hung out for a bit, shooting the reflection of the Empire State building in the puddle. when I was ready to leave, I turned around, saw somebody jumping the puddle, fired off a few shots and got lucky right there!

Cartier-Bresson would be so proud! :)
